Livingwell Supported Housing is a private Limited company which provides temporary and long-term accommodation for vulnerable adults and homeless individuals.
We have properties available throughout the West Midlands which consist of self-contained flats and shared accommodation. In addition the accommodation will consist of communal areas, including the provision of lounge, laundry, Kitchen and Garden.
We at Livingwell Supported Housing provide supported accommodation to people aged 16-65, focusing on three key areas of housing need: people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or want to live in their own home and need some support to maintain their tenancy or their independence.

Livingwell Supported Housing help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, experiencing domestic violence, leaving care, misusing drugs or alcohol, leaving prison, suffering from mental ill-health, or struggling to maintain their independence or their tenancy.
The people we support often have become stuck, and are engaged in negative patterns of thinking, and behaviour that prevent them from fulfilling their potential and leading the lives that they want to lead.
Our main role is to help them through this period so that they can move on and achieve the goals that they have set for themselves.
Support can include help with budgeting and money management, help with maintaining a tenancy, help with substance misuse, offending behaviour and mental wellbeing.
Our aim is to support customers to build their resilience and life-skills until they are able to move on to independent living.
Our supported accommodation gives vulnerable adults the opportunity to have a home for life living in a safe, warm and homely environment. We have our own highly skilled and experienced support team who work with our tenants in order to deliver person centered support based on each individual's needs.
